Origin Story Essays offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or email us at support@originstoryessays.com and we will arrange it for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Plans change. You can reschedule a coaching session by emailing us — we will find another time at no extra cost. If you would rather cancel, tell us and we will refund the session under the 30-day guarantee above. If we ever have to cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you receive a full refund.
Out-of-session editing
The same 30-day guarantee applies to out-of-session editing blocks, including after feedback has been delivered. If the feedback did not help, tell us and we will refund it.
